First I'd like to say this is a wonderful bargain, this includes books two, three and four (a novella) in the series.This series is a wonderful read, I have finished all the books so far.
The MacKenzie, Bradley and Lindstrom families have a tight and loving relationship, for the most part. There are marriages and divorces that overlap but they remain family.
In book 2 - Sleeping With The Enemy, Rose MacKenzie,divorced mother of two meets Jessie Lindstrom, single father and former brother-in-law of Casey Bradley now MacKenzie. Attracted from their first meeting they immediately form a connection. Where that leads is anyone's guess and definitely a surprise to them.
Book 3 - Days Like This, We follow up with Casey and Rob as they embrace married life. They start to realize just how connected they are after a friendship of twenty years. And Rob fiends out that he has a daughter he never knew he had. Embracing married life with a ready made family was not in their plans.
Book 4. (The novella), Casey and Rob are expecting their first child and moving into their new home with his teen daughter. In addition they are getting their new venture off the ground. Life is good.
I really love this series, it's well written and the characters are so developed that you feel that you know them well.
